Requests can either be mailed, emailed, or dropped in the ISS mailbox. For applications via e-mail, the student e-mail address must be used.
The student advisory services are only available by telephone. Please send us an e-mail with your telephone number to beratung-informatik@informatik.kit.edu . We are not available by phone, but we will be happy to call you back.
ISS offers in-person office hours in room 001.2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-12:00.
Simultaneously, the telephone consultation takes place (on Tuesdays from 10:00-12:00) at 0721-608-44031.
