1Incoming students: International students, who would like to study at the KIT for one or two semesters. (Description of the International Students Office)  
2Outgoing students:  All enrolled KIT students, who wish to pursue a KIT degree, but to also spend a certain part of their studies abroad.

Studying abroad is a wonderful opportunity for students not only to broaden their own horizons, but also to gain new experiences and skills that can be beneficial in their future careers.

The stay abroad not only helps to understand oneself and one's own culture better - it also promotes the understanding of other cultures and expands one's own world view.The possibilities for a stay abroad are manifold.

  • Contact the KIT department for Informatics - Informatik Studiengangservice (ISS) for technical questions (Learning Agreement, ERASMUS+ Outgoing application, etc.). After you have informed yourself on the website, you can write us an e-mail (exchange∂informatik.kit.edu) or, in case of extensive questions, sign up for the exchange consultation in the list (notice board) next to the office of the Informatics Study Program Service (Geb. 50.34; Raum 001.2).
