Continuous deployment of the dm shop

We will show you how we managed to implement continuous deployment in the dm online store despite having a large team. The store is developed in a scaled environment with over 10 teams working on different technical domains. We provide an overview of the architecture of the dm store and share our experiences in the transition from one deployment every two weeks to 10 deployments per day. The focus will be on specific technical decisions and the role of corporate culture in enabling this transformation. This talk will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing continuous deployment in a large-scale, team-based development environment.
