Software Campus is looking for IT talent - apply by 13.3.

Master's and doctoral students in computer science and computer science-related fields with an appetite for leadership or startup are welcome to apply at https://bewerbung.softwarecampus.de/ by March 13, 2022.

At the Software Campus, personal skills related to management and leadership are sharpened and further developed. To this end, participants receive top-class training at the program's corporate partners - from design thinking to conflict management. In addition, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research provides each participant with funding of up to €100,000. This funding is used to hire a dedicated team at the university or research institution: to implement a research project in cooperation with a company and gain management and leadership experience directly on the job. A personal mentor from the partner company supports the participants in questions of team leadership or company organization.

10 companies are looking forward to joint cooperation projects: DATEV eG, Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, Huawei, IAV GmbH, Merck, Software AG, TRUMPF Group, Carl Zeiss AG and Volkswagen AG. A brand new addition to the partner circle is the pump company Grundfos. More about the companies can be found here https://softwarecampus.de/partner/. The companies have published concrete proposals for joint cooperation projects on the application platform https://bewerbung.softwarecampus.de/.

Information on application documents and the program schedule can be found at https://softwarecampus.de/bewerbung/bewerbungs-informationen/.
