Software Campus is looking for IT talent - apply by 13.3.

Master's and doctoral students in computer science and computer science-related fields with an appetite for leadership or startup are welcome to apply at by March 13, 2022.

At the Software Campus, personal skills related to management and leadership are sharpened and further developed. To this end, participants receive top-class training at the program's corporate partners - from design thinking to conflict management. In addition, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research provides each participant with funding of up to €100,000. This funding is used to hire a dedicated team at the university or research institution: to implement a research project in cooperation with a company and gain management and leadership experience directly on the job. A personal mentor from the partner company supports the participants in questions of team leadership or company organization.

10 companies are looking forward to joint cooperation projects: DATEV eG, Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, Huawei, IAV GmbH, Merck, Software AG, TRUMPF Group, Carl Zeiss AG and Volkswagen AG. A brand new addition to the partner circle is the pump company Grundfos.
